1. Orders & Menu
All menu items are subject to availability.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Once an order is confirmed and food is prepared, cancellation is not possible.
2. Delivery
Delivery is available only within our service areas in Muscat.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact details.
Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and traffic conditions.
3. Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfers.
Bank transfers must be made using the correct account details. Royal Afghan Food is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect payment information entered by the customer.
All payments must be completed in full before or at the time of delivery.
4. Refunds & Returns
Refunds are only applicable in cases where the wrong item was delivered or the order could not be fulfilled due to our error.
Food that has been prepared and delivered correctly cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed using the same payment method used by the customer.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers must check their orders upon delivery to ensure accuracy.
Food should be consumed immediately or stored safely to maintain freshness and quality.
We are not responsible for health issues or allergies if customers fail to inform us of dietary restrictions when placing the order.
6. Use of Website
Content, images, and materials on our website are the property of Royal Afghan Food and cannot be copied or reused without permission.
Misuse of our website or services is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Royal Afghan Food is not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (traffic, weather, technical issues).
We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

Royal Afghan Food reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
